A dynamic hot flow class focusing on use of breath, strengthening and stretching the muscles, mobilising and stabilising the joints and improving balance. Your teacher may encourage you to embrace philosophical aspects of yoga and incorporate Pranayama (breathing exercises).

(Note – those new to hot yoga may prefer to start with Warm Vinyasa before attending a hot class. Hot classes may not be suitable if you are pregnant/breastfeeding or have a medical condition or illness/injury; please consult your doctor and contact us to discuss whether our class meets your needs.)

Difficulty: moderate

A comfortably-paced, fluid sequence focusing on use of breath, strengthening and stretching the muscles, mobilising and stabilising the joints and improving balance. Your teacher may encourage you to embrace philosophical aspects of yoga and incorporate Pranayama (breathing exercises). A great way to try yoga in a heated room before attending a Hot Vinyasa class.

(Note - warm classes may not be suitable if you are pregnant/breastfeeding or have a medical condition or illness/injury; please consult your doctor and contact us to discuss whether our class meets your needs.)

22°

unheated vinyasa flow

Heat: unheated
Difficulty: all levels

A nurturing flow class for all levels of experience. Your teacher will guide you to move with your breath, helping you to strengthen and stretch the muscles, mobilise and stabilise the joints, improve balance and quieten the mind. Your teacher may encourage you to embrace philosophical aspects of yoga and may incorporate Pranayama (breathing exercises). Suitable for beginners.

22°

yin

Heat: unheated
Difficulty: all levels

A slow-paced, floor-based class which releases the flow of energy around the body. By relaxing our muscles and holding poses for 2-5 minutes, we target deep connective tissues and can, over time, improve our mobility and flexibility.

Bring a bolster if you have one, and a blanket in cooler weather.

22°

unheated hatha

Heat: unheated
Difficulty: all levels

A gentle, static style of class, designed to align body and mind. Your teacher will guide you through a series of poses to work on easing tension and increasing flexibility and mobility at a relaxed pace, while embracing philosophical aspects of yoga. Classes may include Pranayama (breathing exercises). Suitable for beginners.

A gentle, static style of class, designed to align body and mind. Your teacher will guide you through a series of poses to work on easing tension and increasing flexibility and mobility at a relaxed pace, while embracing philosophical aspects of yoga. Classes may include Pranayama (breathing exercises). If you're new to hot yoga, this is a good introduction to heated classes.

22°

private beginners class

Heat: unheated
Difficulty: beginners

If you are new to yoga and nervous or unsure about attending group classes, or just want to get an idea of what to expect, a private beginners class is a great way to get some one-on-one experience with a teacher and gain the confidence to attend general classes. It also gives you the opportunity to focus on your individual goals, needs or concerns and to see how yoga can benefit you as an individual.

Private beginners classes are $75 for 60 minutes and are available Monday, Wednesday and Saturday 12pm-4pm.

Book  a private class now using the calendar on the right, and start your yoga journey! Click on a date, then click "search" to view available times for that week (please book 48 hours in advance if possible).

Note: caution should always be exercised when exposing the body to a heated environment, particularly during pregnancy/breastfeeding or if you have a medical condition, illness or injury. It is important to stay hydrated, drinking plenty of water before, during and after heated classes. Consult your doctor before attending a heated class, or of you are new to yoga, to assess if it is right for you. Minimum age to attend classes is 18 years; customers aged 16-17 may attend if accompanied by a parent/guardian (the parent/guardian must sign the waiver form on their behalf).

Private classes – if you would like to arrange a private class for yourself or a small group, please contact us to discuss your needs. We would love to work with you!

**More class types to come!** In the near future we hope to add new classes, including prenatal classes and dedicated beginner’s classes. Keep an eye on our Facebook and Instagram pages, as we will announce new classes as soon as possible.
